We currently ship across the GCC and Lebanon. To enquire about shipping to one of these countries or a different destination, please contact us.

Standard shipping in the U.A.E normally takes 1- 3 days. Next day shipping is available on all Dubai orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout). If you really need something urgently, you can also visit our showroom based in Al Quoz industrial area 1 in Dubai.
Returns and Refunds

If you’d like to return an item, please make sure to do so within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
- same condition as received
- and with all tags still attached
- original packaging
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Pre-ordered items
- Books
- Wallpapers
- Textiles
- Artificial flowers

Can I cancel or return my order?
Once an order is placed, our team gets to work right away to process and prepare it, so unfortunately, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
However, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. In such cases, we’ll issue a credit note for the same amount, valid for 3 months from the purchase date.
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- books
- textiles
- discounted and display items
-artificial flowers
Additionally, items that have been delivered and assembled are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you’re unsure about a product, we strongly recommend reviewing the product description carefully and measuring your space, doorway and potential elevators to access the space before placing an order.
To help you decide, we also offer a Home Trial Service, allowing you to experience the product in your space before committing.

What are pre-orders or backordered items
Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are not currently in stock but are on their way. If a product is marked as "pre-order" or "backordered" it means it will be delivered at a later date. Each pre-order item has its own estimated delivery timeline, which we aim to make visible in the product description.
Please note that orders containing multiple items may have different lead times and arrive separately. If you have any questions or need clarification on delivery timelines, feel free to reach out to us at contact@urbannest.ae.

Yes, we do! We understand that choosing the right piece for your home can be tricky. That’s why we offer a Home Trial Service within Dubai.
This service allows you to try max. of 4 selected items of furniture, artwork and rugs in your space before making a final decision. Test drive your top picks for a maximum of 1 hour with our team. It’s a great way to see how the size, style, and color work within your existing interior.
