Last July 28, 2022 was a special day for all Peruvians worldwide to celebrate Peru’s Independence Day. A very small community of Peruvians living here in Dubai including founder Janaika Elders ( being half Dutch and half Peruvian) had been partying that day. And what better way to celebrate than with Peruvian food!?
It is with pride and joy that we announce our collaboration with Fusion Ceviche, a newly opened restaurant by chef Penelope Diaz serving authentic 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘂𝘃𝗶an 𝗖𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲 along with our partners Vertical Design and Mosaico Tiles.
