    What are your delivery options within the UAE?

    What are your delivery options within the UAE?

    We offer the following delivery options within the UAE:
    Free delivery on orders above AED 200
    Standard delivery of AED 15 for orders below AED 200

    Orders within Dubai typically arrive within 2 days, while deliveries to other Emirates take approximately 2–3 days, depending on the item and location. Delivery times exclude national holidays.

    Do you offer express or same-day delivery?

    Yes. We offer same-day express delivery within Dubai for small items ordered before 12 PM.

    The express delivery fee is AED 40 and this service is currently available for Dubai only.

    Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes, we ship across the Middle East region through our logistics partner Aramex.

    Shipping rates will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. If you have any questions about the transport costs and shipping leadtimes to your country, please contact us on contact@urbannest.ae

    Do you deliver furniture and large items?

    Yes. Furniture and larger pieces are delivered by our logistics team to ensure safe handling.

    Delivery timing may vary depending on the size of the item and delivery scheduling.

    Some items require assembly, which will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

    • Within the UAE, assembly will be completed by our team.
    • For deliveries outside the UAE, assembly must be completed by the customer. All items come with clear instructions, and our team is happy to assist by phone if needed.

    Can I collect my order from the showroom?

    Yes, you are welcome to collect your order from our showroom in Al Quoz 1, Dubai.

    Simply select “Showroom Pickup” during checkout. Our team will notify you once your order is ready for collection.

    Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

    At Urban Nest, we hope you love every item you choose for your home. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order.

    Items eligible for exchange must be:
    • Unused, uninstalled and not assembled
    • Returned in the same condition as received
    • With all original tags attached
    • In the original packaging

    Urban Nest reserves the right to decline exchanges or store credit if items show signs of use, installation, assembly, damage, or are returned without original packaging or tags.

    The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

    • Discounted or sale items
    • Pre-ordered items
    • Books
    • Wallpapers
    • Textiles and soft furnishings (including rugs, mats, throws, bedspreads and cushions)
    • Artificial flowers

    Items may be returned or exchanged at our showroom, or we can arrange a collection service within the UAE:
    • AED 25 within Dubai
    • AED 50 for other Emirates

    Additional charges may apply for remote areas or large items depending on volumetric weight.


    Store Credit & Refunds
    Urban Nest does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or order cancellations.

    Approved returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue, and redeemable in-store or online.

    Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
    • The item received is damaged or defective
    • The item is unavailable due to an error on our side


    Furniture & Large Items
    Furniture and large items cannot be returned or exchanged once assembled, installed, or placed in the customer’s premises.

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that items will fit through doorways, elevators, staircases, and the intended space prior to purchase. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if an item does not fit the customer’s space.

    Our team is always happy to assist with product dimensions and guidance prior to purchase to help you make the right choice.

    What should I do if something is wrong with my order?

    If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    Please send an email to contact@urbannest.ae including:
    • Your order number.
    • A description of the issue.
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the problem.

    Our team will review the request and arrange the appropriate solution in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund only where applicable under our policy.

    Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review, as we are unable to verify the condition of the item once it has been in the customer’s possession for an extended period.

    Please note that Urban Nest cannot accept responsibility for damage caused after delivery due to handling, installation, assembly, or improper use of the product.

    Pre-order and coming soon

    What are pre-order and coming soon items?

    Pre-order: This item isn’t currently in stock and still needs to be ordered from the supplier. Placing a pre-order reserves the item for you estimated lead time is shown in the product description.

    Coming soon: This item is already on its way to us (in transit). It will arrive by the lead time shown in the product description.

    Please note that orders containing multiple items may have different lead times and arrive separately. If you have any questions or need clarification on delivery timelines, feel free to reach out to us at contact@urbannest.ae.

    Home trial service

    How does home trial work?

    We understand that choosing the right piece for your home can be tricky. That’s why we offer a Home Trial Service within Dubai.

    This service allows you to try max. of 4 selected items of furniture, artwork and rugs in your space before making a final decision. Test drive your top picks for a maximum of 1 hour with our team. It’s a great way to see how the size, style, and color work within your existing interior.

    Do you offer Trade pricing or Project support?

    Commercial or project support

    Yes. Urban Nest offers trade pricing and project support for qualified professionals working on commercial projects or larger-scale orders.

    Our team regularly collaborates with interior designers, architects, hospitality groups, real estate developers, and corporate clients, supporting projects with curated selections from our European design brands.

    Trade pricing is available for commercial projects and larger quantity orders, and is reviewed on a project-by-project basis.
