Home Trial

Our home trial service provides a risk-free opportunity for customers to experience our collection in the comfort of their own home. Customers can sample furniture, artwork, rugs, or a mix for a maximum of one hour. Each item should have a minimum value of AED 2,000. Our driver will deliver the selected items to your home, allowing you to keep what works and return what doesn't. No purchase is necessary if the selection doesn't fit. If you choose to keep any or all of the items, our team will share a payment link for the selected items.

Booking Service

- Home trial bookings must be made via email or phone, with acceptance and signature of these terms & conditions.

- Home trial bookings are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays between 10 am and 3 pm

Maximum of 1 hour trial under supervision of our team

Delivery & location

Care & handling

Our team ensures utmost care during the home trial to install the selected items in the desired area for trial. Our team will not move furniture or other home décor items that are not part of the selected home trial items. If any of the home trial items are moved and damaged by the customer, the full retail value will be charged.

Service Area

Offered only within the Emirate of Dubai free of charge. In Abu Dhabi & Sharjah, a transportation charge of 450 AED applies. Not available in other Emirates. This charge is deductible from the final payable amount upon purchase

Minimum value per item for a home trial is 2000 AED

Frequency

Maximum of 1 home trial service booking per customer per month

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing any necessary resources, including but not limited to, sufficient space and access for the delivery and setup of trial items (such as access permits, checking dimensions for door entrance and/or elevator).
