This Ramadan, we are proud to announce that we have joined our creative souls with homegrown restaurant concept 21grams for a very special collaboration. Boutique concept and multi award winner 21grams already boasted a beautiful interior featuring renowned Scandinavian interior brands like &Tradition.
The owners, Janaika Elders (Urban Nest) and Stasha Toncev (21grams), had first met at a market six years ago when they were starting their respective businesses and had been fans of each other's collections ever since. Both share the same passions for food and design.
Urban Nest with their extensive ceramics collection and unique décor items has been evolving into a leading supplier for many new restaurant concepts in the Middle East such as Tania’s Teahouse, Fusion Ceviche, Issei, Lulu and the Beanstalk and many more. A collaboration between the 2 brands was bound to happen.
For the Ramadan collaboration, the aim was to introduce some colour to the space, including dark forest green and other earthy tones that complement 21grams' signature Terra wall color and iconic red apple. We have also showcased a new collection of artwork by Dutch artists duo, Enkel Art Studio.
During Ramadan, you can visit the Urban Nest pop-up at the 21grams restaurant located at Meyan Mall and try their special Ramadan menu. Alternatively, you can visit their new pop-up at Alserkal avenue A4 space, which we have styled with a unique collection of ceramics.
